Salon Etiquette


Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive 5 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. First time guests will be asked to complete a quick consultation form relevant to your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals will risk their appointment time being reduced to respect the next scheduled appointment.



Spray Tanning: A disposable g-string is provided. Please wear loose clothing.Waxing Treatments: We provide a disposable g-string.
Foot Treatments: We suggest wearing a pair of open toe shoes.


Mobile Phones

Please turn off your mobile phone whilst in our salon, so all clients can enjoy their treatment in our relaxing environment.

Medical Conditions

Please let us know about any medical conditions you have such as high or low blood pressure, recent surgical procedures, any medications you are on, and if you are pregnant.




Cancellation Policy

We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending your appointment. In the event of an appointment alteration or cancellation, we ask that you provide us with 24hrs notice to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time. Less than 24 hrs notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged to your credit card, gift voucher or package course.

Any appointment greater than $150 will require a 10% deposit to secure the booking. Staff and facilities are specifically allocated for your own personal use. 

Acceptance of your appointment includes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.


Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted, but American Express will incur an extra 2.5% charge.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased are valid for a period of six months from date of issue. They are non transferrable and cannot be used for cash or product purchases.


Data Protection

All client information is held in the strictest of confidence for our own internal use and is never passed to third parties.
